  • mv is move, also change name
  • cp is copy, from one place to another
  • rm is remove, rm -frd removes directories too
  • cat, less and more look inside files

What's the difference?

• wget     → download something from the Internet
• .deb     → Debian software package
• dpkg -i  → install a local package
• cmatrix  → run what we installed
• dpkg -L  → see what files were installed
