Lab 06c: navigation: find the evil villains!

International thieves have stolen a valuable artifact, and are demanding ransom, with their demands all arriving at noon today!

Your goal: using the shadow of the kidnappers (near the solstices of 9.21or 3.21) and any other information you can get from their ransom video-FIND THE THIEVES!

----------------each of these videos arrived at the London headquarters of INTERPOL at noon (12:00 PM)

Clues:

1. From the angle of the shadow, calculate their latitude (at the equinox, this is their latitude, but be careful, this could be north or south)
2. From time clues in their videos, you can calculate their longitude (be careful: this could be east or west)

The villainous terroristic Glorious Supreme Leader Lane Surdam of the Glorious Eastern Empire Republic has kidnapped Max and is asking the UN to disband and receive a ransom of 5,000,000, Lane is leading a revolution but cannot be found, he filmed this video on the 21st of September at 12 pm with his shadow at 5 degrees in Northern Hemisphere. Max:

Max has turned supervillan!

He has kidnapped all of the microwaves from the dorms, and demands 1 billion dollars!

He sent a ransom video (by radio of course, so he could not be tracked) today at noon his time, dated 9.21

He had the radio on the background, which might give us a clue to his location, and there is a clear shadow behind him.
