Lab 06c: navigation: find the evil villains!

~~Migration~~International thieves have stolen a valuable artifact, and are demanding ransom, with their demands all arriving at noon today!

Your goal: using the shadow of the kidnappers (near the solstices of 9.21or 3.21) and any other information you can get from their ransom video-FIND THE THIEVES!

----------------each of these videos arrived at the London headquarters of INTERPOL at noon (12:00 PM)

Clues:

From the angle of the shadow, calculate their latitude (at the equinox, this is their latitude, but be careful, this could be north or south)
From time clues in ~~progress~~their ~~for~~videos, you can calculate their longitude (be careful: this could be east or west)
