Grade 3 visits the elab!

Recently a hoard of third graders emerged from not one, but two buses to take over the elab in a flurry of energy! Their first visit was an introduction to the projects going on here, led by our wonderful independent science research team of Tiffany Ravaglia, Kelan Kennedy, Koi Wright, Nick Winterowd, Levi Furchner and Ezra Monello.

Each of our ISR students worked with three third graders (3 squared?) on their first visit, and on their second visit, these teams worked on a scavenger hunt (samples below).

The teams had a great time, finishing with M&Ms and hot cocoa (no sugar rush there), and are planning their next visit to learn how to fly FPV drones, use the 3D printer, fly our flight simulator, measure their brain waves, and try out the AI server, among other things.
