piHAT setups

These are technical notes to help setup meshADV HAT boards that go onto Pi zero, 3b+, 4b+ and 5 boards:

meshtasticd piHAT

piHAT installation: meshadv PiHAT (full and mini) raspian 12 (bookworm) is best

Meshtastic piHAT configuration tool: (normal and mini)

with cli tool, meshtasticd install can fail, use this: (raspian 12 bookworm)

cockpit: (best on pi3,4 or 5)

sudo apt install gettext nodejs npm make

sudo apt install cockpit

sudo systemctl enable cockpit.socket

sudo systemctl start cockpit
